Shipping Policy

Delivery without shipping costs to the whole of Switzerland. All products and orders are shipped free of charge to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We ship all products from our own warehouse by Swiss Post.

Delivery abroad
At the moment we only deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Damage in transit
Please check the package carefully upon receipt and report any damage immediately.

Pick up
Orders can also be picked up at our Partner locations throughout Switzerland.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return period

The return periods apply from the date of dispatch or collection. The date of the postmark or personal return is decisive for the return.

1.1. 30 days right to return purchased products
Subject to the exceptions below, FINE SPIRITS PERFUMES GmbH may return unopened (only 50ml) items within 30 calendar days.

2. No right of return
In the following cases, we unfortunately cannot offer returns:
    - For opened perfumes
    - For damaged articles (with the exception of transport damage)
    - If the original packaging is not available
    - If accessories are missing

    - The Sample 2ml

    
3. Refund value
If the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply:
Full refund at the purchase price:
    - The item is in unopened, undamaged original packaging

Discount depending on the condition of the goods (minimum 10% or minimum deduction CHF 10.--):

 

4. Return costs
The postage costs for the return of articles are generally at the expense of the customer.
